Matt Imhoff
FOUNDER
As a Mortgage Broker, Matt aspires to find the best possible solution for his clients and their families. By meticulously quarterbacking the mortgage process, Matt carefully develops a plan to help his clients achieve their goals.
After entering the mortgage broker industry in 2015, Matt quickly became the go-to resource on all things penalty strategy for many of the top brokers in Canada. With Meticulous Mortgages - Mortgage Architects, Matt is taking his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and using it to support other mortgage brokers in becoming the best in the industry.
Matt’s dedication to his work is not surprising to those who know him. Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, Matt sailed over 1,000 days with the Royal Canadian Naval Reserves as a Marine Technician and tackled a 3,500 km hike through the Appalachian Trail with his dad. When Matt’s not with clients or helping his team you can find him in Downtown Vancouver keeping up with his young family of four.

Adam O'Neill
PARTNER
My purpose is to help people, and I gravitate toward other professionals and people that share this value. It’s why we’ve founded Meticulous Mortgages, so we can build a company for fun, helpful people to be supported in helping as many people as possible. Our goal is to educate so that any mortgage decision can be the best available decision.
I became a Mortgage Broker in 2021 and hit the ground running, learning as much as I could in order to best support our clients. Since then, I have helped a diverse portfolio of clients from first time home buyers to investors achieve their goals via appropriate mortgage advice.
In 2023 with my partners Matt and Daniel, we founded Meticulous Mortgages with the goal of growing a team so we can help even more people achieve their goals via appropriate mortgage advice.
Outside of mortgages, I’m so fortunate to share my life with Laura, my dear wife of 16+ years. We love to travel and work remotely when possible. Over the last two winters, we’ve spent a combined 15 weeks in Mexico; living, working, learning Spanish, and exploring. Regardless of whether I am at home in Vancouver or experiencing new cultures, I am here to help!
